Job Description

Since 2024, it has been part of the Electronics Division of inTEST Corporation, a publicly traded multinational group headquartered in New Jersey.
In a highly technological and innovative environment, we design and develop customized testing tools and solutions, supporting our clients from the initial definition of requirements through to after-sales assistance.
For our Lissone headquarters, we are looking for an Electronics HW designer.
What You Will Do:
Reporting to the Electronic Design Manager within the Electronic Design Group, you will be responsible for:
· Designing analog/digital/RF/power electronic circuits;
· Managing the circuit prototyping and production start-up process;
· Managing Schematic Symbols libraries according to IPC standards;
· Designing circuits using Siemens EDA (PADS Professional) or Orcad Capture CIS;
· Collaborating with the Research and Development group during the design phase of new products;
· Researching new technological solutions;
· Managing circuit development from feasibility study to production;
· Collaborating with the printed circuit board designer and third-party board assembly providers, focusing on High Quality and Cost Reduction;
· Creating technical documentation for internal/external use and the various testing procedures.
Requirements:Who We Are Looking For:
· You hold a 5-year degree in Electronic Engineering (mandatory)
· You are familiar with the design of analog circuits, digital circuits, and power electronics;
· You use electronic CAD tools (preferably PADS Professional, Mentor Expedition PCB, Design Capture CIS, Allegro, PCB Designer, Altium);
· You are familiar with IPC standards;
· You have a good working knowledge of spoken and written English;
Completing the profile:
· Basic knowledge of mechanical CAD tools;
· Good relational skills, precision, and a willingness to work in an international team;
· Excellent problem-solving attitude, proactivity, and results-oriented;
