This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Suporte de Operações Comerciais - PCD based in Brazil.
In this role, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to commercial teams, helping ensure that business processes run efficiently and consistently.
You will act as a key connection point between sales, customers, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams.
Your responsibilities will span customer requests, commercial processes, equipment and asset management, purchase orders, financial controls, and administrative activities.
You will help resolve operational challenges while ensuring requests are properly routed, tracked, and completed within established processes.
The role also offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements, automation, and more efficient ways of working.
Success will require strong organization, analytical thinking, customer orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Provide operational and administrative support to commercial teams, following up on requests, internal workflows, and cases through resolution.
- Support the opening and tracking of customer registrations, master data changes, account unlocks, sales deals, contracts, and asset movements.
- Act as a focal point for commercial teams and customers regarding returns, refusals, urgent requests, and other operational matters.
- Ensure commercial requests are correctly routed to the appropriate internal teams and followed through to completion.
- Coordinate the allocation, reallocation, transfer, return, and disposal of equipment according to commercial and operational requirements.
- Support inventory management and work with Logistics, Commercial Operations, and related teams to ensure appropriate equipment availability.
- Open, monitor, and manage Purchase Orders for suppliers while supporting payment processes and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and financial controls related to commercial operations and projects.
- Support the operational management of corporate customers, contributing to alignment with business objectives and applicable quality, compliance, and governance standards.
- Prepare analyses and information to support commercial negotiations and market growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Commercial teams to resolve complex operational issues and develop effective, sustainable solutions.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation across operational and commercial processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operational, commercial, or administrative support.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or commercial operations is a plus.
