Senior Precision Machinist

We're looking for an experienced Senior Precision Machinist who can independently set up, operate, troubleshoot, and improve CNC machining processes while serving as a technical resource for the team.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathesMachine complex parts to tight tolerancesRead blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawingsTroubleshoot machining and quality issuesOptimize tooling, setups, and cycle timesSupport process improvements and continuous improvement initiativesMentor less experienced machinists

7+ years of CNC machining experienceAdvanced setup and troubleshooting skillsStrong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledgeExperience with precision measuring equipmentAbility to independently run complex jobs with minimal supervisionPride in producing quality work the first time
