We move fast, stay ahead of the curve, and never settle for “good enough.” Our mission? To delight customers with every visit — whether that’s helping them discover something new or making their day with genuine service.

Now we're looking for a hands-on, experienced Receiving & Maintenance Manager to lead our Receiving operation and help keep our Commissary facility running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Supervise and support the Receiving team, providing direction, coaching, and day-to-day leadership

• Oversee all incoming deliveries, ensuring products are received accurately and efficiently

• Coordinate product flow between vendors, suppliers, and Commissary departments

• Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and inventory investigations

• Maintain organized receiving, storage, and warehouse areas

• Conduct regular facility inspections and identify maintenance needs

• Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and contractor visits

• Ensure equipment, workspaces, and building systems remain safe and operational

• Support order picking, staging, loading, and other operational requirements as needed

• Jump in to assist with physical tasks and daily operations during busy periods

• Promote and maintain food safety, workplace safety, and housekeeping standards

What we're looking for

• Previous leadership experience in receiving, warehouse, maintenance, facilities, or operations environments

• A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside your team

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day

• Strong communication and team-building skills

• Forklift certification is considered an asset

• Experience in food manufacturing, commissary, warehouse, or distribution environments is preferred

Perks of working here

• Weekly pay

• Employee discount on gourmet groceries and prepared meals

• Employer-paid benefits for full-time employees

• Flexible schedule

• A dynamic, inclusive workplace that celebrates its people

• Complimentary work swag (we’ll keep you looking sharp)

• Easily accessible store locations
