Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads Focus) Remote – LATAM \u007C Full-time \u007C International Team

About the Role We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a strong focus on Google Ads (especially Search) to join an international, performance-driven team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns that directly impact business results. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys combining data analysis with daily execution.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients, contributing to growth strategies and ensuring campaigns consistently meet performance goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search-focused priority)

• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

• Build and deliver clear, actionable performance reports

• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to align on goals and strategy

• Manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously

• Identify optimization opportunities and run testing strategies (A/B testing, keyword optimization, etc.)

• Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and measurement setup (Google Analytics, conversions, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• +2 years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing

• Strong experience with Google Ads (Search campaigns required)

• Google Ads certification

• Experience in client-facing roles

• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

• Experience managing multiple accounts or campaigns

• Advanced English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Bing Ads / Microsoft Ads

• Knowledge of Google Analytics or Search Console

• Experience in agency or multi-client environments

• Strategic mindset beyond execution
