This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced freight professional seeking autonomy, high earning potential, and the ability to grow an independent book of business.
The role is designed for entrepreneurial agents who want to control their customer relationships and scale their revenue without corporate constraints.
You will operate within a strong logistics platform that provides operational infrastructure and back-office support.

- Build, develop, and manage your own customer base and freight portfolio
- Source, secure, and negotiate freight rates with shippers and partners
- Coordinate carrier coverage and ensure efficient load execution
- Monitor margins, profitability, and overall shipment performance
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with shippers and carriers
- Ensure smooth operational execution from booking to delivery
- Proven experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or similar role
- Existing book of business strongly preferred
- Established relationships with shippers and industry partners
- Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset with ability to work independently
- Solid understanding of freight markets, pricing, and carrier networks
- Uncapped earning potential based on performance
- Competitive income range: $100,000 – $300,000 per year
- 50/50 commission split after ramp-up period
