We are seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business performance, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented leader with strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead teams while contributing to long-term organizational success.

What You Own:

  • Drive occupancy growth through marketing, community outreach, referral partnerships, and lead conversion efforts.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, coordination, compliance, and facility management.
  • Develop pricing strategies and monitor market trends to support revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and track key operational and financial metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with community partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Lead, coach, and support team members while fostering a high-quality resident experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall operational performance.

What You Bring:

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, operations, and business performance.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop partnerships
  • Experience driving occupancy, business growth, or demand generation in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, and performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of operations, regulatory requirements, staffing, and resident care standards, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Hands-on leadership approach with a willingness to support operational needs when required.
