This is a senior executive technology leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide IT strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation across multiple critical domains, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data/AI. You will act as a key partner to the CIO, translating strategic vision into scalable execution plans that support both business growth and client delivery commitments. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership across technical and managerial teams, ensuring alignment between technology investments and organizational priorities. You will oversee high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Provide strategic leadership in partnership with the CIO, defining and executing multi-year IT strategy aligned with business and client objectives.
- Oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, software development, and data/AI functions to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Drive operational excellence through KPIs, SLAs, governance frameworks, and enterprise program management.
- Lead cybersecurity and risk management initiatives, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as NIST, CMMC, and FedRAMP.
- Guide software engineering practices, promoting DevSecOps, agile methodologies, and high-quality delivery standards.
- Shape enterprise data strategy and AI/ML initiatives, ensuring responsible, secure, and value-driven implementation.
- Manage vendor relationships, IT budgets, and technology investments to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Build and lead high-performing teams by developing functional managers and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior management or director-level responsibility.
- Proven experience managing multi-domain IT functions such as operations, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data.
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and federal compliance standards (NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP).
- Experience in managing large-scale IT budgets, vendor portfolios, and enterprise-level programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and modern cloud or enterprise architecture practices (preferred).
- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL, cloud certifications) are a plus.
