- Lead the execution of regional and enterprise commercial strategies, translating business objectives into actionable plans that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence across the Ostomy Care portfolio.
- Oversee sales performance across multiple territories and customer segments, ensuring alignment, consistency, and accountability throughout the organization.
- Provide strategic leadership to a multi-level sales structure, coaching managers and teams to achieve ambitious performance goals while fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), supply chain leaders, and executive decision-makers to support long-term business growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and executive leadership to enhance customer impact, optimize go-to-market strategies, and implement innovative commercial initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to influence strategic direction and identify areas for business expansion.
- Assume ownership of overall business performance, including financial results, forecasting, budget management, sales planning, reporting, and long-term value creation.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through process optimization, change management initiatives, best-practice sharing, and operational discipline across the sales organization.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and ethical business practices while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and organizational integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience, including at least 5 years leading medical device or healthcare sales teams.
- Proven track record of delivering consistent sales growth, managing complex commercial operations, and leading geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong experience building strategic relationships with senior healthcare executives, supply chain leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through complex and extended sales cycles while motivating teams to achieve high-performance objectives.
- Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, reimbursement environments, competitive landscapes, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, forecasting, project management, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of Ostomy Care products and markets is highly preferred; direct ostomy industry experience is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, adaptability, and change leadership capabilities.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel, up to 75%.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $280,000 to $315,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
- Enhanced total compensation opportunity for candidates based in New York City, with total compensation ranging from $350,000 to $395,000.
