This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving growth across key visual performance channels, including Paid Social, Display, and Video, across both desktop and mobile ecosystems. You will shape and scale acquisition strategy through a combination of data-driven experimentation, creative testing frameworks, and cross-channel optimization. Operating as a working manager, you will balance hands-on execution with team leadership, guiding channel specialists while staying deeply engaged in performance analysis and experimentation. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, data science, and product growth, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve customer acquisition efficiency and scale. You will play a central role in defining how visual channels contribute to long-term growth, retention, and profitability. The environment is fast-moving, highly analytical, and deeply collaborative, with a strong emphasis on continuous experimentation and measurable impact.

Accountabilities:

You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Paid Social, Display, and Video channels while leading a small team and driving measurable growth across desktop and mobile acquisition.

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 channel specialists, providing hands-on guidance on strategy, execution, and professional development
  • Own performance marketing strategy across Paid Social, Display, and Video channels, ensuring scalable acquisition across desktop and mobile surfaces
  • Develop and optimize mobile acquisition strategy, including app campaign performance, attribution modeling, and experimentation frameworks
  • Build and evolve a structured creative testing framework linking ad creative performance to key business metrics such as CAC, LTV, and incrementality
  • Design and manage cross-channel roadmaps that align budgeting, testing priorities, and performance insights across visual marketing channels
  • Partner closely with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to design experiments and improve attribution, reporting, and optimization strategies
  • Monitor channel performance and communicate actionable insights, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong performance marketing expertise, deep channel knowledge, and proven experience managing teams in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

  • 6–8+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with deep expertise in Paid Social, Display, and Video advertising
  • Proven experience in mobile acquisition, including app campaigns, mobile attribution tools (e.g., MMPs, SKAN), and mobile growth optimization
  • Strong track record of connecting creative strategy, data analysis, and performance marketing to drive measurable outcomes (LTV, CAC, CPA, incrementality)
  • Experience managing and developing small teams, with a hands-on leadership style that balances coaching and execution
  • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset, with familiarity in SQL, A/B testing frameworks, and incrementality measurement preferred
  • Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as external partners and creative agencies
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, engineering, creative, and data science teams
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and location
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits
  • 401(k) and retirement matching programs
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs
  • Generous paid time off, including holidays, floating holidays, and flexible sick leave
  • Annual stipends for wellness, caregiving, home office, and personal development
  • Professional development budget and ongoing learning opportunities
  • Remote-first flexibility with occasional in-person collaboration weeks
