Job Title: Fabricator 1 Reports To: Team Lead/ Production Supervisor Shift: 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm
Scope of Work
Produce both finished products and individual components for assembly utilizing work orders and necessary equipment including spot welders, seam welders, and expanders.
Major ResponsibilitiesOperate production equipment according to established guidelines and safety protocols
Operate spot welder, seam welder, and expander
Manually assemble parts and components not requiring traditional fabrication
Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to team lead and supervisors
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Check material for any defects. Inform team lead of any defects found
Move material or completed products to established locations
Work in production cells and meet product targets
Pack and label parts according to company standards.
Fill out work order paperwork
Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
Be punctual and maintain good attendance.
Skills & Experience
Entry level position
Attention to detail
Accurately read and use a tape measure to 1/32”.
Accurately read pie tape.
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
