Technical Solution Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Solution Engineer based in the United States.

This role focuses on designing and developing next-generation application development accelerators within a modern enterprise platform ecosystem. You will leverage strong .NET expertise to build reusable tools and solution frameworks that enhance how partners and developers create and deploy applications. The position combines hands-on engineering with architectural thinking, requiring you to shape standards, guide best practices, and contribute to platform evolution. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across development toolkits and solution packaging initiatives. The environment is highly collaborative and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on scalability, modular design, and innovation. This is a remote role offering the opportunity to influence both technical direction and developer experience at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and architect scalable, web-based and inter-process solution accelerators for application development on the platform
  • Lead technical design discussions and contribute to defining complex requirements for new features and solution components
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align on development standards, architecture guidelines, and platform evolution
  • Develop, maintain, and improve documentation including source code standards, APIs, flow diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand development needs and ensure alignment with platform direction
  • Support the creation and refinement of development toolkits, including packaging kits, playbooks, and reusable solution assets
  • Contribute to release activities and ongoing commercialization of platform capabilities and accelerators
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in .NET development within enterprise software or SaaS environments
  • Strong experience in C# and/or VB.NET development
  • Solid understanding of platform architecture, modular design, and reusable software components
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams and contributing to technical standards or product direction
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and scalable system design principles
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as OneStream or similar systems is highly valuable
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Low-code/no-code exposure and financial systems knowledge are a plus
