  • Lead architecture reviews, design sessions, and technical validations with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Act as escalation point for complex production issues, driving root cause analysis and resolution of integration and security incidents.
  • Define and enforce integration testing strategies, ensuring data integrity, access control validation, and solution quality.
Requirements:
  • 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, with strong exposure to Workday environments preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, XSLT, and Workday Extend or Orchestrate.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Learning, or Payroll.
  • Deep expertise in Workday security architecture, including domains, roles, ISUs, ISSGs, and access control models.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering secure integration solutions with encryption, certificates, and secure data transfer methods.
  • Strong background in supporting global or multi-country Workday implementations and integration programs.
  • Experience in audit support, regulatory compliance, and enterprise security governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical solutions end-to-end in large-scale environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence HR, IT, Security, and vendor partners.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and architectural governance capabilities.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual compensation between $140,000 – $160,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
