You are not just cleaning rooms; you are creating the environment where memories are made.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily — making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming to Windsor brand standards.
- Replenish guest rooms with fresh linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to ensure every room is fully stocked and guest-ready.
- Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and public spaces.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemical products safely and in accordance with property safety guidelines.
- Conduct a thorough visual inspection of each room upon completion and mark rooms ready in the designated system.
- Respond to special guest requests promptly and professionally with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain uniform and name badge standards at all times while on property.
- Support and uphold Windsor Hospitality’s core values — Growth, Resourcefulness, Integrity, and Teamwork (GRIT) — in every interaction.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor.

- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to delivering great guest experiences.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and stay organized throughout your shift.
- Physical stamina to perform a role that involves walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, teammates, and supervisors.
