Sales Manager (APP/DMR/NSP)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Manager (APP/DMR/NSP) based in United States.

This role is focused on driving commercial growth across indirect and enterprise reseller channels within the US, with responsibility for both strategic planning and hands-on sales execution. You will lead a team of Account Managers while developing and expanding relationships with key resellers, distributors, and enterprise partners across the commercial ecosystem. The position requires a strong understanding of the US indirect IT hardware market and the ability to translate market dynamics into actionable sales strategies. You will define total addressable market opportunities, set performance targets, and execute business plans designed to accelerate revenue growth. A key part of the role involves building executive-level relationships and collaborating with major technology partners to strengthen channel performance. The environment is fast-paced, highly competitive, and performance-driven, requiring both strategic leadership and strong field engagement.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers supporting named commercial reseller and distributor accounts across APP, DMR, and NSP channels
  • Define and execute business plans focused on revenue growth, unit performance, and market expansion within the US commercial segment
  • Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities across commercial reseller verticals and partner ecosystems
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with resellers, distributors, and strategic channel partners
  • Establish total addressable market (TAM) analysis, target setting, and performance tracking across assigned channels
  • Collaborate with OEM and technology partners to support joint go-to-market initiatives and program execution
  • Conduct regular field engagement, including customer visits, presentations, and business reviews across the US
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and channel dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT hardware, software, or technology services sales
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or team leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of US indirect commercial and reseller channel ecosystems
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex, competitive environments
  • Ability to build and execute strategic business plans with measurable outcomes
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external technology partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently (35–50%) for client and partner engagement
