  • Review design submittals, shop drawings, and test documentation while verifying compliance with approved specifications and standards.
  • Track project milestones, support reporting, and maintain accurate QA/QC records in digital quality management systems.
  • Produce structured reporting including weekly QA/QC updates, issue logs, and closeout documentation while driving resolution of deficiencies.
Requirements:

This role requires strong technical expertise in telecommunications infrastructure combined with field execution experience in complex construction environments.

  • Experience in structured cabling, fiber optics, copper systems, and telecommunications installation, testing, and validation.
  • Familiarity with OSP/ISP pathways, splicing, termination, and testing tools such as OTDR, light source, and power meters.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and QA/QC documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and construction quality platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with contractors, engineers, and client stakeholders in both field and remote settings.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and operate effectively under deadlines and changing site conditions.
  • Certifications such as NFPA 70E, OSHA 10/30, or BICSI/FOA are preferred or required depending on project needs.
Benefits:

  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA) for healthcare and dependent care expenses
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match and investment options
