We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and live fuller lives, this is a place where your work truly matters.
At Paramount, the PTA will implement the treatment plan customized from the PT during evaluation and guide the patients through exercises and training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meets the patient’s goals and needs and provides quality care to each patient.
- Provides treatment to patients as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Records treatments given in patients record. Instructs families and staff in maintenance programs at discharge as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Communicate with the supervisor/Administrator and other interdisciplinary team members regarding the patient’s progress, problems and plans as indicated.
- Participates in patient care conferences and rehabilitation meetings as indicated. Participates in facility in service training programs.
- Assists with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area and department.
- Maintains patient’s confidence and keeping information confidential as per HIPAA guidelines.
- Protects patient and associates by adhering to infection control policies and protocols. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with department procedures, rules and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
License/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
