About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, execution-focused, and detail-oriented Paid Media Manager to join a fast-growing digital marketing team supporting multiple direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys building campaigns from scratch, optimizing performance, and driving measurable business results across Meta and Google Ads. You will work across multiple client accounts, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, budgets are monitored closely, and performance insights are translated into actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in paid media, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and is comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

If you're passionate about performance marketing, data analysis, and scaling digital advertising campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll DoPaid Media Campaign Management
  • Build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:

    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and Performance Max)

  • Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

  • Track campaign performance against KPIs and identify trends that support continuous improvement.

Account Management & Collaboration
  • Manage multiple advertising accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of organization.

  • Maintain consistent campaign naming conventions and account structures.

  • Support account audits and onboarding for new clients.

  • Collaborate closely with senior media buyers and internal teams to execute paid media strategies efficiently.
