This role sits at the intersection of computational science, drug discovery, and software innovation, supporting one of the industry’s leading platforms for ADMET prediction. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and scientific teams to shape the evolution of advanced modeling tools used across pharmaceutical and biotechnology research. The position blends scientific expertise with customer engagement, allowing you to translate real-world user needs into meaningful product improvements. You will also play a key role in expanding adoption of the platform through demonstrations, training, scientific publications, and case studies. This is a highly collaborative and externally visible role that connects cutting-edge computational methods with practical applications in drug development. It is ideal for someone who enjoys combining scientific depth with communication, teaching, and product influence in a fast-evolving environment.
Responsible for supporting the development, adoption, and scientific positioning of advanced ADMET prediction software by bridging user needs, scientific insight, and product innovation.
- Present and demonstrate ADMET prediction software to scientific and customer audiences
- Deliver training sessions and develop educational materials for pharmaceutical and biotech users
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding ADMET applications in drug discovery and development
- Translate scientific and user feedback into clear product requirements and feature specifications
- Collaborate with software developers and product teams to define, test, and validate new features
- Contribute to scientific communication through publications, webinars, and case studies
- Support the communication of product vision, roadmap, and scientific advancements to the user community
- Participate in internal scientific discussions and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Support continuous improvement of product usability and scientific accuracy
This role requires a strong scientific foundation in drug discovery or computational chemistry, combined with excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- 2+ years of experience in medicinal chemistry, computational chemistry, cheminformatics, or pharmaceutical sciences
- Strong understanding of ADMET properties and their role in drug discovery and development
- Experience using ADMET prediction tools or similar in silico modeling platforms
- Knowledge of regulatory expectations for ADMET data (ICH, FDA, EMA guidelines)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence presenting scientific concepts
- Experience in scientific programming or data analysis (Python, R, or KNIME)
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Experience in writing scientific publications, case studies, or technical documentation
- Background in teaching, training, or customer-facing scientific roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with cheminformatics, QSAR modeling, or computational chemistry tools is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Preferred: advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant scientific field
