Job Summary:
We are seeking a Regional Operations Strategist to serve as a Market Support Region Lead, helping stabilize markets, improve operational performance, and support publisher success across internally managed magazines.

In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to identify risks, improve market performance, lead publisher transitions, and implement operational improvements that drive long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead market recovery efforts for underperforming markets and develop action plans that improve operational performance.
- Manage publisher transitions and oversee critical operational workflows to ensure business continuity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
- Build strong relationships with independent contractors, field leaders, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market performance, communicate progress, and drive accountability for measurable results.
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in operations management, business operations, project management, or process improvement.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience improving workflows, implementing new processes, and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence others without direct authority.
