This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Representante Comercial - Visitação Médica (Sistema Nervoso Central) (Curitiba, Pinhais) based in Brazil.

As a Medical Sales Representative specializing in the Central Nervous System portfolio, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals and promoting innovative health solutions. You will be responsible for planning and executing medical visits, understanding customer needs, and supporting commercial objectives through ethical and strategic engagement. This role combines scientific knowledge, relationship management, and sales expertise within a dynamic healthcare environment. You will contribute to improving patient outcomes by ensuring healthcare professionals have access to relevant product information and resources. Accountabilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute medical visit schedules to maximize productivity and achieve commercial objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders to support product awareness and adoption.
  • Represent the organization professionally while ensuring all activities comply with ethical standards, compliance requirements, and internal guidelines.
  • Promote products within the Central Nervous System portfolio by communicating their characteristics, benefits, clinical positioning, and competitive advantages.
  • Analyze market information, audit data, and customer insights to identify opportunities and support business performance.
  • Manage promotional materials, samples, company resources, and assigned tools responsibly and according to established procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, market trends, and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues to resolve challenges, share insights, and strengthen commercial execution.
  • Deliver effective presentations and apply influencing techniques to engage healthcare professionals and support strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Health Sciences, or related fields.
  • Valid driver's license (CNH) with regular status.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
  • Experience with medical promotion, healthcare professional engagement, or pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable.
  • Basic English knowledge is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and basic market or audit analysis tools.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship abilities with the capacity to build trust with healthcare professionals.
  • Analytical mindset with good decision-making skills and business understanding.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, organization, and ability to manage field activities independently.
