Compliance Officer in Abbeville, Louisiana at Island Operating

Seeking experienced Offshore Compliance Officers for rotational assignments supporting offshore oil and gas production operations.

Qualified candidates must have hands-on experience with API RP 14-C compliance, knowledgeable in offshore production operations, and applicable federal regulations governing OCS facilities. Responsibilities include conducting 14-C audits and inspections, coordinating BSEE inspections, auditing regulatory documentation, verifying applicable permits and in place, supporting incident investigations, and ensuring adherence to company, client, and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of SEMS, API RP 75, permit-to-work systems, management of change (MOC), safe work practices, and offshore operations. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to work closely with operations, safety, and maintenance personnel.
