Production Mechanic- 3rd Shift in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin at SEDA North America

Seda North America is seeking a Production Mechanic to join our team! The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a readiness to support their team. Seda North America is an air conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers.

Pay based on experience! plus shift premium of +$2.00/hr. Hours are Monday through Friday 11pm -7am.

Specific Duties:

• Maintain and repair production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues in real time
• Install and modify machinery
• Communicate with and assist in training machine operators as needed

• Prior experience in food packaging preferred; familiar with GMP guidelines
• Ability to efficiently prioritize production needs in a fast paced environment
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or other certification a plus
• Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift
