Spa Front Desk Agent in Hamburg, New Jersey at CS RESORT MANAGER

Crystal Springs Resort is seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agents to join our award-winning spa team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable spa experience while assisting with daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the spa according to established standard operating procedures
• Greet and welcome every guest in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
• Assist guests with questions regarding spa services, treatments, memberships, and retail products
• Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments accurately using the spa reservation system
• Process payments for spa services, retail purchases, and gift cards
• Promote and sell spa retail products, packages, memberships, and gift cards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Coordinate with spa staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Uphold the highest standards of guest service and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or customer service environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning reservation software

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must possess a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset
