We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team at Mountain Valley of Cascadia in Kellogg, Idaho.
As a housekeeper, you’ll play an important role in the daily lives of our residents by helping maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout our facility. Your work matters! Every clean room, fresh common area, and well-maintained space contributes to the quality of life of the people we serve.

- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, and other facility spaces
- Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation standards
- Safely use, store, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle linens and waste according to facility procedures
- Identify and promptly report maintenance, safety, or environmental concerns
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, and fellow team members
- Help create an environment where residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home
- Previous housekeeping or healthcare experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
- Dependable, responsible, and committed to doing quality work
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift as required for the position
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Requirements:Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Licenses/Certification
None required.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
