Job Description

HVAC/ Duct Foreman

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HVAC/Duct Foreman based in the United States.

This is a hands-on field leadership role overseeing ductwork operations across industrial and heavy commercial project sites.
You’ll lead crews and subcontractors while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
The role combines daily planning, crew coordination, field supervision, and communication with project leadership.
You’ll help identify and eliminate potential hazards before work begins and reinforce a strong safety culture on every site.
Success requires someone who can work independently, make sound decisions, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment.
Because projects are located across multiple sites, this position requires a strong willingness to travel full time.
It’s an opportunity to take ownership of field execution while contributing to complex mechanical and HVAC projects.

Accountabilities
  • Oversee ductwork activities across multiple project sites, coordinating subcontractors and field crews to keep work progressing efficiently.
  • Plan daily work activities, establish priorities, and assign crew members to scheduled tasks based on project needs.
  • Supervise field execution to ensure work meets quality, productivity, and project expectations.
  • Enforce established safety policies and procedures, ensuring crew members follow safe work practices throughout each phase of construction.
  • Conduct pre-task risk assessments with the crew to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate controls before work begins.
  • Communicate regularly with other supervisors, project management, and leadership regarding work planning, progress, challenges, and completion.
  • Promote a professional, accountable, and collaborative work environment while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated previous experience performing ductwork in commercial, industrial, or comparable construction environments.
  • Prior supervisory or foreman experience, with the ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel full time to project locations throughout the United States.
  • Strong understanding of field safety practices and the ability to identify and address potential job-site hazards.
  • Self-sufficient, motivated, and proactive approach to work, with the ability to take ownership of daily responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with crews, supervisors, management, and other project stakeholders.
  • Ability to work productively in demanding industrial and heavy commercial environments.
  • Successful completion of an observed drug screen and background check.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance.
  • Disability coverage.
  • Paid holidays.
  • Paid vacation.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale industrial and heavy commercial projects across multiple locations.
  • Career opportunities with a growing specialty contracting organization.
