Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Familiarity with network fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN technologies.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to user requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Document all support activities and solutions in the ticketing system to ensure accurate records.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Provide end-user training and guidance on common IT tools and best practices.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
