Working closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Brand leadership, you will strengthen planning discipline, improve service, reduce supply risk, optimize cost, and create greater visibility across the supply chain.
What You Will Lead

- Establish clear enterprise performance measures, including forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, fill rate, inventory turns, supplier performance, purchase price variance, freight cost, working capital, and service levels.
- Lead purchasing, planning, and inventory management across multiple brands and facilities, introducing consistent processes, expectations, and operating rhythms.
- Improve supplier reliability, material flow, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, inventory turns, and on-time delivery while reducing excess inventory, waste, and unnecessary complexity.
- Lead transportation, warehousing, distribution network optimization, freight strategy, and third-party logistics performance.
- Strengthen the use of ERP, MRP, WMS, forecasting, analytics, and supply chain technology to improve visibility, automation, and decision-making.
- Build organizational capability through thoughtful organization design, leadership development, talent assessment, succession planning, and performance management.
- Support the integration of acquired, newly aligned, or transitioning brands into a scalable Composition Brands supply chain model.
- Develop operating plans, budgets, productivity initiatives, inventory plans, and business cases that improve supply chain and financial performance.
Why Join Composition Brands
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Shape the supply chain operating model for a growing North American platform.
- Influence performance across multiple brands and facilities.
- Build a strong leadership team and scalable organizational capabilities.
- Modernize planning, technology, analytics, and operating practices.
- Deliver measurable improvements in customer service, cost, inventory, and working capital.
What You Bring

- At least 12 years of progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
- At least five years of experience leading multi-site or enterprise-level supply chain teams.
- Demonstrated success improving supplier performance, planning discipline, material availability, inventory accuracy, inventory turns, working capital, service levels, and operating cadence.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical capability, supplier management experience, continuous improvement expertise, and executive communication skills.
- Experience working in a complex, multi-brand or multi-channel environment.
- Experience with durable goods, appliances, manufacturing, consumer products, or dealer- and distributor-based businesses is preferred.
- Experience managing domestic and international suppliers, including global sourcing, import and export requirements, trade compliance, and tariff considerations, is preferred.

The successful candidate will be a builder, integrator, and disciplined operator who can balance strategy with execution. They will bring clarity to complex supply chain challenges, build credibility across functions, use data to drive decisions, and create an accountable culture focused on customer service, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
