Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to provide strategic tax planning and consulting services that align with client goals.
- Identify and implement tax-saving strategies for clients, enhancing their financial well-being and business growth.
- Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and industry trends, sharing insights with the team to maintain our competitive edge.
- Manage and mentor junior accountants, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within the team.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their tax-related inquiries and providing clear, actionable advice.
- Conduct thorough tax research and analysis, presenting findings to support client decision-making processes and legal strategies.
