- Research assigned roles in depth to understand job requirements, technical concepts, responsibilities, and candidate expectations before conducting screening conversations.
- Lead informed, professional candidate discussions and confidently answer questions about the evaluation process and role requirements.
- Capture detailed candidate insights using structured evaluation rubrics, ensuring screening outcomes are accurate, consistent, and aligned with required interview standards.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the screening process, including updates, feedback loops, status tracking, and handoffs to account management teams.
- Use recruiting and operations tools such as Airtable, Slack, CRM platforms, and internal systems to maintain accurate records, reporting, and operational workflows.
- Consistently meet daily screening and quality targets, initially conducting approximately 15–20 screening calls per day and progressively scaling toward 25–40 calls per day.
- Identify process issues, candidate risks, and quality gaps, taking corrective action where appropriate and escalating issues when needed.
- Progress toward POD Lead responsibilities by coaching and supporting a sub-team of approximately 2–3 associates, monitoring daily metrics, and helping maintain high screening standards.
- Contribute to the development and scaling of structured talent operations processes and support the growth of high-performing screening teams.
- 0–1 years of professional experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background, with fields such as Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or related disciplines being particularly relevant.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence and professionalism required to lead candidate calls.
- Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand job descriptions across both technical and non-technical domains.
- Ability to synthesize complex information quickly and translate role requirements into clear candidate evaluation criteria.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to capture structured, accurate information consistently.
- Highly coachable and receptive to feedback, with the ability to quickly adapt behaviors and improve performance.
- Action-oriented mindset with the motivation to work toward daily operational goals in a high-volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with team members and operational stakeholders.
- Interest in talent acquisition, startup hiring, recruiting operations, or people management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, Slack, CRM platforms, or similar operational software is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and an interest in progressing toward team coaching and operational management responsibilities.
- Compensation: 20,000–40,000 per month in fixed pay.
- Performance incentives: Additional performance-based earning opportunities.
- Remote work: Fully remote position based in India.
- Career progression: Strong performers may be considered for contract extension or conversion to a full-time position.
- Accelerated learning: Hands-on exposure to startup hiring, candidate assessment, recruiting operations, and talent analytics.
- Leadership development: Opportunity to progress into a POD Lead role and coach a small team early in your career.
- High-ownership environment: A fast-paced culture where initiative, execution, and strong performance are recognized.
- Contract: Initial six-month engagement with potential for extension or full-time conversion.
- Work schedule: 9 hours per day, 6 days per week.
