Barber Marina is a full service marina located just North of the City of Orange Beach, Alabama on the intracoastal waterway. The Marina is hiring for the position of Assistant Store Manager. We are looking for someone with retail management and customer service experience. Successful candidate will be required to work some weekends. The following qualifications and experience would be helpful; however, we would consider any highly motivated person.

· Retail management experience

· Point of Sale software experience

· General knowledge of computers

· Knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Word and MS Excel

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Inventory Control

Other duties would include:

· Keeping the store neat, clean and orderly

· Responsible for day-to-day operations of the ship store

· Closing-out daily register

· Scheduling boat launches

· Processing leases on new customers

· Receiving inventory and entering invoices

Pay $25.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
