You will help customers navigate the platform, resolve challenges, and maximize the value they receive from the products and services.
Working closely with sales, product, engineering, and analytics teams, you will connect customer needs with effective solutions.
The position combines relationship management, troubleshooting, financial knowledge, and analytical thinking.
You will engage with clients proactively while ensuring their questions and issues are handled with speed, empathy, and professionalism.
Your feedback will also help shape product improvements and strengthen the overall customer experience.

- Provide prompt, professional, and effective customer support through email and support chat, ensuring a consistently high-quality client experience.
- Develop a strong understanding of the platform, products, and services to guide customers effectively and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs, helping them optimize workflows, and supporting successful product adoption.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and technical issues, applying strong problem-solving skills to identify practical and timely resolutions.
- Manage escalations by identifying complex issues, coordinating with the appropriate internal teams, and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the resolution process.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other teams to resolve customer challenges and improve service delivery.
- Gather, document, and communicate customer feedback, identifying recurring themes and opportunities to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.
- Translate financial and analytical insights into actionable guidance that helps clients achieve their business objectives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Applied Statistics & Analytics, Economics, or a related field from a reputable institution, with a minimum GPA of 8.0/10 or equivalent.
- 3–8 years of experience in customer support, client services, customer success, or a similar role within financial services, fintech, or institutional investing.
- Experience supporting hedge funds, asset managers, institutional investors, or other sophisticated financial clients is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities, with the confidence to diagnose and resolve complex client issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with financial markets, investment analytics, and risk management tools is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with senior-level clients.
- Strong customer orientation, empathy, attention to detail, and a solution-focused approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining a high standard of responsiveness and accountability.
- Willingness to work the required 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST shift.
