This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Desenvolvedora Fullstack II (React / NodeJS) based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity for a Fullstack Developer to contribute to software development projects with a strong focus on backend engineering and cloud infrastructure.
You will build and maintain robust web applications and APIs while helping design scalable, distributed cloud architectures.
The role combines hands-on development with DevOps, automation, security, testing, and continuous improvement.
You will work with modern technologies across Node.js, cloud platforms, microservices, databases, and messaging systems.
Collaboration with the project team will be essential, including code reviews, technical guidance, documentation, and engineering best practices.

- Develop and maintain robust web applications and APIs using Node.js/NestJS, with a strong focus on backend engineering.
- Design and implement scalable, distributed architectures across cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Develop and optimize high-performance, secure web services, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Design, model, and optimize queries across relational and non-relational databases.
- Implement DevOps practices covering infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and service monitoring.
- Develop automated tests to ensure software quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Specify, document, and maintain APIs and software services.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to debugging, corrections, and continuous improvements of existing solutions.
- Support the technical development of the project team and promote sound software engineering practices.
- Contribute to the development of fullstack solutions when required, including frontend work with React or Angular.
- Completed higher education in a technology-related field, such as Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
- Practical professional experience with Node.js/NestJS backend development.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deployments, service management, and scalability.
- Experience with microservices architectures and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience developing automated tests and applying software quality and code-maintainability practices.
- Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases, including technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Understanding of API security and authentication/authorization mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth, and Keycloak.
- Experience using Git for source control and collaborative development.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, or AKS.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, participate in code reviews, document solutions, and contribute to engineering decisions.
- Nice to have: experience developing fullstack applications with React or Angular.
