Job Description
Paragone Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Administrative Support professional who is highly organized, resourceful, and service-oriented to support the Idaho National Guard (IDNG) Behavioral Health Team. This full-time, in-person position will be based primarily at Gowen Field in Boise, Idaho, with core working hours Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.
The Behavioral Health Administrator will play an important role in supporting Service Members’ access to behavioral health and other essential services. The position is responsible for coordinating care, scheduling appointments, identifying and maintaining knowledge of available resources, and connecting Service Members with appropriate psychological, medical, financial, and community-based services.
This position is contingent upon contract award. The anticipated start date for this role is late September 2026.

The Behavioral Health Administrator will play an important role in supporting Service Members’ access to behavioral health and other essential services. The position is responsible for coordinating care, scheduling appointments, identifying and maintaining knowledge of available resources, and connecting Service Members with appropriate psychological, medical, financial, and community-based services.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate support for care and schedule appointments for the Idaho National Guard Behavioral Health Team, utilizing strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills to support efficient care coordination.
- Assist Service Members with accessing needed psychological, medical, financial, behavioral health, and other support services as indicated.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Privacy Act, Army regulations, and applicable medical documentation requirements.
- Research, identify, and maintain a thorough understanding of community resources available throughout Idaho that may help Service Members meet their individual needs.
- Develop and maintain significant familiarity with IDNG, state, and federal programs to provide accurate and appropriate referrals based on Service Member needs.
- Provide resource and referral information to other ID National Guard programs and coordinate with internal teams to support comprehensive care.
- Participate in outreach activities, including welcome home events, educational initiatives, and other events supporting Service Members and their families.
- Interface with the substance abuse team, including the Suicide Prevention Coordinator, to assist with training, education, and outreach initiatives.
- Develop familiarity with organizations and service providers throughout Idaho and help connect Service Members with appropriate community-based resources.
- Maintain organized and accurate appointments, referral, resource, and administrative information while supporting the day-to-day needs of the Behavioral Health Team. Effectively utilize computers, office technology, and administrative systems in the performance of assigned duties.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in the EHR.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills while maintaining professional and responsive communication with Service Members, Behavioral Health Team personnel, internal programs, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Desired minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health field or related environment; experience with care coordination, case management, referral services, or military populations is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with Service Members, providers, internal programs, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency with computers and common office software, with the ability to coordinate appointments and referrals, maintain accurate information, and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to research, understand, and communicate information regarding IDNG, state, federal, and community-based programs and resources; familiarity with Idaho behavioral health and community resources is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, dependability, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting Service Members.
