This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist who can take ownership of complex platform operations.
You’ll build, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, snapshots, and backend integrations.
The role combines hands-on technical execution with troubleshooting and continuous system improvement.
You’ll work independently while supporting ongoing automation and platform needs across a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills will be essential to keeping systems reliable and efficient.
This position is ideal for someone who understands GHL beyond basic navigation and can confidently manage its technical capabilities.

• Build, configure, manage, and troubleshoot GoHighLevel workflows and automations.
• Create, maintain, and optimize GHL snapshots for consistent system deployment and management.
• Configure backend integrations and connections with third-party platforms and tools.
• Set up and manage triggers, campaigns, pipelines, forms, and automated processes.
• Test automations thoroughly to ensure workflows function reliably and as intended.
• Investigate and resolve workflow, integration, and platform-related technical issues.
• Maintain and continuously optimize existing GHL systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Provide ongoing technical support for GHL-related requirements and initiatives.

• Strong hands-on professional experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL).
• In-depth understanding of GHL workflows, automations, snapshots, triggers, campaigns, pipelines, and forms.
• Demonstrated experience configuring backend integrations and third-party connections.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to resolve technical issues independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to work beyond basic platform navigation.

• 100% remote work environment.
• Full-time employment.
• Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• $10 USD/hour compensation.
