Salary:
- Unlicensed: $50,872.50 (+ $5,000 community-based additive)
- Licensed: $66K-$71K+ (based on experience)

About the RoleJoin Meridian Healthcare as a Clinician and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals working toward recovery. In this role, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services to individuals receiving Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), helping them overcome substance use and mental health challenges. Through assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you'll support each patient on their journey toward lasting recovery and improved well-being.
What You'll Do- Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling for MAT patients
- Monitor progress, ensure quality care, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and safety
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist) preferred
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use, or MAT settings
