Monarch is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team at Fountain Pointe Apartments in Grand Blanc, Michigan. This is a year-round, consistent position where no two days are the sameand your office is the great outdoors!

PAY: $16/hour + up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential!
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (full-time, steady work year-round)

  • Keeping the property looking beautiful and well-maintained
  • Landscaping and general grounds upkeep

  • Tackling seasonal tasksyes, even snow removal when needed
