Senior Project Manager- Dairy in at Bower Ag, LLC

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of new and remodel of dariy construction projects. This role ensures projects are executed safely, profitably, on time, and within defined scope and quality standards. The position focuses on tactical project execution, project team leadership, client communication, subcontractor coordination, and overall project profitability while supporting operational consistency and company standards. The Senior Project Manager also maintains strong oversight of project performance and ensures full compliance with company, safety, and regulatory requirements.

· Lead and manage new and remodel construction projects from initiation through completion.

· Oversee project schedules, budgets, timelines, project tracking, billing, work in progress reporting, subcontractor coordination, staffing, material planning, and overall project execution.

· Support Account Managers in defining project scope and assist Project Managers and Jobsite Superintendents with leadership, communication, issue resolution, and project execution.

· Review estimates, buyout documentation, contracts, permits, specifications, and project scopes prior to project startup.

· Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, tracking systems, Gantt charts, and internal reporting processes.

· Manage project documentation, contracts, and reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely records.

· Monitor project performance against scope, budget, schedule, profitability, quality, and company standards.

· Ensure compliance with OSHA, insurance, customer, contract, and company requirements.

· Lead issue resolution efforts related to project execution, scheduling conflicts, subcontractor performance, and customer concerns.

· Coordinate with Accounting, Purchasing, and Operations teams to support project execution and financial reporting.

· Support quality control, risk management, operational consistency, and successful project delivery.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

· Provide project updates and reporting to leadership while supporting continuous improvement and best practices across teams.

· All other duties assigned.

Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.

· 5+ years of experience in construction project management, exceeding $5M in revenue, with experience leading multiple projects.

· Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and project financials.

· Professional Engineer license preferred, or ability to obtain.

· Agricultural construction experience, particularly swine and/or dairy, is preferred.

· Proficiency in engineering and construction management practices, project management software, Microsoft Office, and construction reporting systems.

· Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and construction compliance requirements is required.

· Experience operating or working around common construction equipment and tools, including telehandlers, skid loaders, hand and power tools, and PPE.

· Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Proven experience in construction or engineering project management.
