HyTech Spring and Machine is seeking a 3D Spring Machine Set-Up & Operator to prepare, operate, and maintain spring manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on machine set-up, troubleshooting, quality checks, and safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and tear down spring manufacturing machines and support equipment.
• Perform first-piece inspections, verify programming, and adjust tooling.
• Measure and inspect parts with precision tools.
• Maintain production records and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Support multiple machines and assist operators as needed.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and troubleshoot equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
• Technical training or apprenticeship preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
• Lift up to 30 lbs; move items up to 50 lbs.
• Able to wear required PPE and inspect detailed components.
