This team member is able to solve problems diplomatically and helps to create thoughtful teaching moments for their fellow team members on all things service, menus, and beverage pairings. Their primary role as senior server on the floor is to help create memorable guest experiences for all that walk in the door.

Requested Tasks

-Record guests’ orders; have a keen eye for detail for allergens, special requests and noted information

-Through understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu options; able to adeptly make recommendations to guests

-Understanding of Kitchen timing; ability to stay organized and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner

-Oversee team members as needed
