Senior Content Executive, Beauty, ELLE in at South China Morning Post

Purpose of the position:

As a Senior Content Executive at ELLE, you will be responsible for content creation that resonates with our audience across print, digital and social media platforms.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and manage engaging content for the Beauty section of ELLE and its spin-off, ensuring every piece is engaging and aligned with our brand voice
• Grasp the pulse of hot topics and create engaging written and visual content across various social media platforms in order to draw engagement and followers
• Partner with internal teams and/or external parties on visuals, including photo shoots and video shoots
• Stay current on trends and contribute to affiliate content such as product recommendations, shopping guides, and trend posts
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to produce promotional content

Skills and Experience that will lead to success:

• Degree holder with major in Journalism, Translation, Language or related disciplines
• Knowledge in beauty/ social media and understanding of the trend
• Experience in video content creation, willing to be a video host is a plus
• Agile and dynamic, able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken skills in Cantonese, Chinese, and English

Work location will be at Wong Chuk Hang office.
