  • Serve as a trusted resource for staff and ancillary departments, promoting high standards of customer service and holding teams accountable for service excellence.
  • Lead assigned projects involving process implementation, change management, tracking, and continuous improvement, communicating progress and outcomes to leadership.
  • Partner with clients, facility leadership, and clinical or operational teams through meetings and ongoing communication to maintain alignment and improve processes.
  • Support the use of AI and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, workflows, quality, and team performance.
  • Gather and analyze operational data, contribute to facility activities, and work within designated areas when additional operational support is required.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, with 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or a business environment preferred.
  • Experience or working knowledge of healthcare patient access functions, including registration, insurance, scheduling, verification, and/or hospital billing.
  • CHAM (Certified Healthcare Access Management) and CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) certifications are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct others, provide effective coaching, and create an accountable, service-focused team environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret performance data, identify operational issues, and develop practical solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to use reporting and productivity information to support decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, leadership, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated advanced use of AI and the ability to guide teams in exploring, experimenting with, and applying AI to improve processes and technology-enabled workflows.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
