Client Support Coordinator
📍 Sacramento, CA
🕒 Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position SummaryThe Client Support Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support via phone and email to ensure timely resolution of inquiries. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve client inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Research issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Set up new client accounts and assist with portal navigation.
- Process settled cases and perform transcript/video status checks.
- Provide pricing information for completed jobs.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve client requests.
- Maintain knowledge of U.S. Legal Support services and portal features.
- Meet or exceed service level expectations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- 3+ years of customer service, client support, or related experience.
- Professional phone and email communication skills.
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred.
- Legal industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Client-focused, professional, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
