Job Description
Ballers is seeking a dedicated Utility team member to support our food and beverage operations. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and service area. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and ready to jump in to help the team succeed.
Your day-to-day will include:
Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Keeping dish and prep areas clean, sanitized, and organized
Taking out trash, recycling, and maintaining waste stations
Assisting with basic food prep and restocking supplies
Cleaning kitchen floors, surfaces, and equipment as needed
Supporting kitchen and FOH staff during service and events
Following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Skills & Qualifications
No experience required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Serve Safe or food handler certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
