Position title: Technical Advisor II – Emergency Health

Location: United States | (Remote)
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in clinical or public health required.
• Minimum of eight years relevant international working experience in an advisory or management role with progressive responsibilities, ideally with an international NGO, with minimum of three years working for programming interventions in health-related program development and implementation in humanitarian, post-conflict, or low-resource settings.
• Previous experience providing technical assistance and developing successful proposals for external donor funding is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Public Health, or field(s) related to clinical or public health is an advantage

Required Languages: Fluency in English required. Proficiency in French, preferred.

Travel: Must be willing and able to travel up to 50 %.
