Accountabilities:

  • Lead IT automation initiatives to reduce manual workflows and improve efficiency across systems, processes, and support operations.
  • Strengthen organizational security posture by applying best practices in access control, endpoint protection, and identity management.
  • Act as a senior technical lead for cross-functional IT projects, ensuring successful delivery from planning through execution.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex IT issues, ensuring long-term system stability.
  • Manage and optimize core platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Zoom, and endpoint management systems like Jamf and Intune.
  • Oversee email security, routing, and deliverability using tools such as Proofpoint or equivalent solutions.
  • Support IT operations including onboarding, hardware lifecycle management, and escalated support ticket resolution.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and operational standards to support scalable IT practices.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to continuously improve the IT ecosystem and employee experience.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Administration, or similar roles in a cloud-first environment.
  • Strong experience managing SaaS-based IT infrastructure at scale across enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration, including Gmail configuration, security, routing, and deliverability.
  • Hands-on experience with identity, access, and endpoint management tools such as Okta, Jamf, and Intune.
  • Strong understanding of email security platforms such as Proofpoint or similar solutions.
  • Experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments in modern device management setups.
  • Proven ability to design and implement automation using scripting or APIs (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Strong background in Zero Trust security principles and modern enterprise security architectures.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, guiding, and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing IT assets, onboarding processes, and end-user hardware lifecycle operations.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $109,000 to $193,000 USD, based on experience and location.
  • Additional compensation may include bonus and equity opportunities depending on role level.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible work environment with remote or hybrid options depending on team needs.
  • Strong focus on professional growth and technical leadership development.
  • Opportunity to work with modern cloud-first infrastructure and advanced security tooling.
  • Paid time off and standard company holidays.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture with strong emphasis on innovation and impact.
