This role sits at the center of a high-growth B2B marketing organization focused on expanding enterprise and strategic account acquisition. You will play a key part in transforming intent signals into actionable sales opportunities that directly influence pipeline and revenue outcomes. Working closely with Marketing Operations, Sales, and Revenue Operations, you will help orchestrate targeted ABM plays across high-value accounts. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on measurable impact. You will contribute to both always-on ABM motions and larger multi-account campaigns designed to accelerate upmarket growth. This is a highly visible role where precision, timing, and cross-functional alignment are critical to success.
In this role, you will manage and optimize account-based marketing programs that drive pipeline creation and conversion within enterprise segments. You will translate intent data and account signals into actionable sales and marketing plays while ensuring timely engagement with high-value prospects. You will also support the execution of scaled ABM campaigns and help improve targeting, segmentation, and reporting processes.
- Run always-on ABM programs by monitoring intent signals and identifying in-market accounts in real time
- Translate buying signals into actionable outreach and coordinate with sales teams to accelerate pipeline creation
- Route high-priority account activity to the appropriate account owners to ensure timely follow-up
- Support the development and execution of 1:few and industry-focused ABM campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Rev Ops on segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
- Maintain dashboards and reporting to measure ABM effectiveness and pipeline impact
This role requires experience in B2B marketing with a strong foundation in account-based marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing within a SaaS or technology environment. You should be highly analytical, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing stakeholders. Strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset are essential for success.
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with exposure to ABM or demand generation
- Solid understanding of ABM principles, targeting strategies, and funnel optimization
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo or similar platforms)
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing and sales initiatives
- Experience executing digital marketing campaigns and account-level programs
- Strong collaboration skills with sales, marketing operations, and revenue teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
