Responsibilities

Provides organizational, administrative and clinical assistance for research studies.
Under the supervision of the Manager, Research Finance, provide a full range of administrative duties in support of research finances, research staff and investigators. Work closely with finance manager on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and processing contracts. Maintains study databases and coordinate meetings as needed. Interacts with team members in a positive, productive, and professional manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in computer software programs including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, MS Outlook or similar programs
  • Preferred administrative experience supporting department personnel in senior leadership positions
  • Excellent written, oral communication and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and schedules
  • Epic knowledge preferred
  • Interest in accounting and finance
  • Affinity for data entry
  • Detail-orientated/meticulous
  • Medical terminology required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in computer software programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, MS Outlook or similar programs.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and critical thinking skills; Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and schedules.
  • Medical terminology and Epic knowledge preferred.


Qualifications
  • Oncology terminology would be preferred
