This role sits at the intersection of market research, data analysis, and strategic storytelling, transforming complex survey data into clear, actionable insights that guide technology and marketing decisions. You will design and manage research studies that help businesses understand market behavior, technology adoption, and customer needs. Working in a fast-paced, insight-driven environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and content. Your work will directly influence client strategies by turning raw data into compelling narratives and business intelligence. You will also oversee research vendors, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of outputs. This is a highly collaborative role where analytical rigor meets creative communication. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end research data lifecycle, from survey design to insight delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute research programs effectively while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and budget alignment.
- Design and implement custom surveys in partnership with research leadership and vendors
- Analyze technology adoption and business outcomes, delivering meaningful data segmentation and insights
- Build clear, compelling data visualizations and presentations to support client decision-making
- Translate complex datasets into actionable narratives for reports, whitepapers, articles, and marketing content
- Manage research vendors, including bid evaluation, coordination, and quality assurance of deliverables
- Oversee data collection processes, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and reliability of research outputs
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, content, and project management
- Continuously improve research methodologies, tools, and operational efficiency
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in market research, survey design, and data analysis, with the ability to transform complex datasets into clear business insights. You are comfortable working across teams and managing external partners while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
- 4+ years of experience in market research, statistics, or survey-based analytics
- Hands-on experience designing online and phone-based surveys (Qualtrics preferred)
- Strong data analysis skills, particularly in Excel, with ability to interpret large datasets
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Experience managing external research vendors, including sampling and translation workflows
- Familiarity with business tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, or Wrike
- Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity for uncovering insights from data
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
- Understanding of the technology vendor landscape or tech marketing is a plus
- Interest in mentoring or guiding junior researchers is an advantage
