We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and service-driven Assistant Administrator to support the delivery of exceptional in-home care services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates proactively, and is passionate about creating a positive experience for both Clients and Employees. This role is central to ensuring Clients receive consistent, high-quality care while serving as a key communication hub between Clients, families, Caregivers, Case Managers, and referral partners.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES – what you’ll own and lead as a Lead Regional RN

We are seeking a Lead Regional Nurse provides strategic and operational leadership for nursing services across all operating entities, ensuring high-quality Client care, regulatory compliance, and standardized practices. This role partners with Operations leadership to shape policy, drive quality improvement, and develop nursing and Caregiver capabilities, while maintaining strict adherence to in-home care licensing requirements and clinical standards. This role owns the following areas of responsibility:

  • Lead Nursing Services Program: Oversee, standardize, and ensure compliance across all nursing operations and licensing requirements.
  • Drive Quality & Clinical Excellence: Monitor care quality, conduct audits, analyze medication errors, and lead ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct Client Evaluations: Conduct Client evaluations across multiple sites
  • Own Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations; update policies in response to evolving laws and standards.
  • Develop Nursing Team: Assist with hiring, training, evaluating, and retaining RN staff; lead ongoing education and professional development initiatives.
  • Oversee Medication Management: Audit MARs, review medication orders/changes, monitor visits (60/90-day), and ensure safe, compliant administration practices.
  • Enhance Caregiver Competency: Lead medication training programs, validate competencies, and conduct effective Nurse delegation to Caregiving staff.
  • Strengthen Client Care Coordination: Conduct assessments, support care delivery during staffing gaps, and ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation.
  • Standardize Processes & Documentation: Develop SOPs, training materials, and all nursing-related forms to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Advise & Communicate with Leadership: Provide clear reporting, strategic insights, and cross-functional collaboration to support organizational priorities.

  • Administrative specialty in related field – whether accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, leadership, sales, marketing, business development, medical scheduling, staffing, care coordinator or coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, office manager or management, business manager or management, human resources, or operations a bonus
  • Experience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience managing and prioritizing administrative responsibilities in an office setting with some time spent in client homes
  • Experience using an electronic CRM or care management system; AxisCare preferred
  • Experience in home care, healthcare or a related service-based industry preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
